Terms & Conditions
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking so we can save the date for you.
Payment in full is due 10 days prior to your event.
For cancellations, we need 30 day notice for a full refund. But we can offer 50% refunds right up to 24 hours before your event.
We require a security deposit. A credit card is required for the security deposit and will only be charged if property is damaged.
There is a 5 hour minimum booking. Very few exceptions.
Setup, breakdown and clean up are your responsibility. This is why you need at least 5 hours – you’re responsible for all setup, etc. during your rental window. We expect you to put things back how you found them.
Full-day rate is a 14-hour rental between 9am–11pm. Limited availability.
Partial-day rate is a 5-hour rental between 9am–11pm. Use of the space over the 5-hour window will default to the full-day rate.
Discount option! We can offer 15% off the applicable daily rate for rentals over 2 days. Definitely ask us for more information if you’re looking for ongoing weekly or monthly rentals. We’d love to work something out.
Damages may be assessed after a walk through and billed to the credit card on file for the security deposit.
A $150 cleaning fee will be billed for stains, trash, and spills. Please don’t leave a mess.
Hosting after hours meetings and events will carry an hourly fee of $15/hour. Hosting fees may be waived if you’re using a licensed event planner.
