Our 2019 Financial Needs
Rent & Venue Overhead — $50,000
Most importantly, your gifts will enable Leaf Institute to enter a long-term lease for our beautiful 2,400 sq. ft. gallery space in the heart of the Village of West Greenville. Over the past six months, we’ve found the first floor of Village Studios and Gallery to be an ideal location for our classes and events. By raising the needed funds, we will establish our headquarters at the center of Greenville’s awakening arts district.
Hardware & Furnishing — $35,000
Your donations will also enable Leaf to purchase much needed audio-visual equipment, a 4K video projector for film screenings and presentations, a commercial coffee maker, kitchen equipment, window blinds, improved lighting, and other needed furnishings. All of these upgrades will allow Leaf Institute to expand the quality of our offerings and make a greater impact in the cultural fabric of Greenville.
Staff & Administration — $65,000
We plan to hire core staff beginning in 2019, starting with a full-time program director and part-time administrative manager. Your financial support will ensure that Leaf Institute has ongoing, focused leadership, and that we are able to provide encouragement and oversight of the needs of our growing community of learners.
